Holland Marie Roden was an American actress best known for her character Lydia Martin she played on MTV's Teen Wolf, which featured teens in a drama. Moreover, she played Zoe Woods (as Butcher's Block) in Syfy's horror show "Channel Zero". Born on 7 October, 1986 in Dallas, Texas, USA in which she grew up with siblings and parents. Holland Roden graduated from Hockaday School, a girls' private school for girls. She comes from a family of physicians who have all pursued molecular biology, as well as women's study at UCLA. Holland Roden did pre-medical studies during a period of time as she had a desire to be the cardiothoracic surgeon. She later decided to enter the field of acting. Holland Roden has made a career out of both the television and film. She's won numerous honors, awards, nominations and recognitions for her work. She was in 2008 when she was a part-time actress in "Lost" and appeared in the role of Emily Locke. She also appeared on "Bring It On"Fight to the Finish". Between 2008 and the year 2010, Holland Roden gave guest appearances in television shows, including Criminal Minds, Grey's Anatomy, Case, Weeds, as well as others. Holland Roden was a part of MTV's Teen Wolf, a drama targeted at teens. In this role she was Lydia Martin.
